Material:
A French ?cocotte minute? or a cooking-pressure pan
If you use a normal pan, cook for about
30 minutes
But if you a cocotte minute pan or an American pressure-cooking pan, cook only for about
8 minutes.

Product:
An chicken
20 small shallots
A spoon of light piece of ginger
A teaspoon of tarragon (that you can find at Whole food)
Salt and pepper
A bowl of water

Preparation:
Clean the chicken and cup in 8 parts
Peel the shallots
Add the pieces of chicken then leave for about 5 minutes
Put some oil then the shallots for about 2 minutes
Add the bowl of water

Add the teaspoon of tarragon, the piece of ginger, salt and pepper

Served with rice.
